Delivery Information

Free Next Working Day Delivery

We're pleased to offer FREE next working day delivery on all orders across the UK.

Order Cut-off Times:

  • Orders placed before 1:30pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery
  • Orders placed after 1:30pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, islands, or Northern Ireland, please contact us for delivery timeframes.

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item:

Step 1: Contact Us First

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team:

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for return

We will then provide you with the correct return address and any additional instructions.

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging where possible
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Pack securely to prevent damage during transit

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
  • Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed

Important Return Information

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your returned item
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
  • Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging (where packaging is essential for the product)

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

All our EV charging cables come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product or contact us for details.
